Processing time is utilized to promote quality control, test items, correct any errors. Processing time is 3-5 business days excluding holidays and weekends.
Shipping is 2-3 business days, 6-10 business days for international orders. Expect delays during holidays and sales periods. It is highly encouraged that you notify the shipping facility if you will not be available on estimated arrival date/time to make delivery arrangements with the shipping facility. If unsure of said facility, you may contact us immediately at the e-mail address provided below to inquire.
Shipping/Billing address must match and signature is required. If these policies have not been met, your order may be canceled.
